Srishti Jaitely is an experienced psychologist and psychological counselor, currently serving at the Centre for Urban and Regional Excellence (CURE India) since July 2024 and at IWill by EPsyClinic since September 2019. Previously, Srishti held the position of Associate Researcher at GEMMS Research within the NIHR Global Health Research Group from October 2023 to July 2024, and worked as a Program Manager at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences from January 2020 to January 2024. Additional roles include Psychological Counselor at Silver Oak Health and Trainee Counselor positions at various institutions including Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, Shri Subhash Chandra Bose School, and Tata Memorial Cancer Centre. Srishti completed a Master's in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College in Delhi.
