Shaun Francel

Shaun Francel is an experienced professional in technology and process development, currently serving as the Director of Technology and Process Development at EPTAM Precision Metals since March 2021. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of General Manager at EPTAM Precision – Metals from November 2018 to March 2021 and at Relius Medical LLC from January 2016 to November 2018. Shaun's earlier career includes various leadership roles at Relius Medical LLC, including General Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Engineering Department Manager. Shaun began their career at Magnum Manufacturing Center, where they worked from July 2003 to April 2014 as a Manufacturing Engineer, Department Manager (Lathe), and Machinist. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the UCCS College of Business.
