Paolo Caricato

Paolo Caricato is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in construction, marketing, and entertainment. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Senior Project Engineer at Eptec Group since March 2020, Paolo has extensive experience managing subcontractors, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards. Prior roles include Site Supervisor and Project Estimator at Barclay Engineering, as well as roles in marketing and event coordination with companies such as ALL Communication and Croissant Express. Paolo holds a Welding Supervisor Course certification from North Metropolitan TAFE and a higher education qualification as a Building Surveyor from I.T.P.G. "P.L. Nervi."
