Annalisa Recio

Annalisa Recio has over seven years of experience in various roles related to user experience (UX) design. Annalisa currently works as the VP of User Experience at Eptura, where they are responsible for aligning product development methods across teams and introducing user-centric and Lean UX methods. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of User Experience at Eptura, where they focused on process improvement, design culture, and customer feedback. Before joining Eptura, Annalisa worked as a User Experience Manager at VMware, where they defined and executed a clear UX vision roadmap and led a team of designers and researchers. Annalisa also has experience as a UX Art Director at Anthem, Inc., where they led the digital transformation and mentored cross-platform designers. Annalisa has held positions at OnSolve, Cox Automotive Inc., IBM, HP, Slalom Consulting, and LocumTenens.com, where they gained expertise in design leadership, project management, and user experience design.

Annalisa Recio attended the Art Institute of Atlanta from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Graphic Design. In 2012, they pursued Continuing Education at Emory University. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
