Craig Maroney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, facilities management, and workplace services across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director - Customer APAC at Eptura since March 2021, Craig is focused on driving product adoption and enhancing customer experiences. Previously, as the Global Head of Facilities at Transurban, Craig established strategic directions for facility functions while leading high-performing teams. Prior roles include Senior Manager at AGL Energy, National Workplace Services Manager at Medibank, and Workplace Services Manager for National Australia Bank, where Craig managed operational leadership and customer service solutions.
