Harsha Nair

Harsha Nair is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner Specialist at Eptura since June 2019, Harsha previously held the position of Senior Executive HR at Bravura Solutions from August 2012 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment Professional at IBM and as an HR trainee at Allergan. Harsha holds an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (October 2021 - October 2022), an MBA in Human Resource from Presidency University Bangalore (2008 - 2010), and a B.Com in Finance from the same institution (2005 - 2008).
