John Hilderbrands

John Hilderbrands has extensive work experience in the technology and software industry. John began their career in 2007 as an IT & AV Support Technician at Rolls-Royce. In 2009, they joined Eptura as the VP Solutions Engineering, where they were responsible for developing the sales engineering organization globally. John then moved on to Condeco, starting in 2015 as the Head of Technical Services EMEA, and later took on roles such as Senior Technical Project Manager and Head of Professional Services UKMEA. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Global Director of Presales, building a new presales/sales engineering function. Most recently, they were the M&A Integration Program Manager at Condeco, responsible for the post-acquisition integration of Proxyclick. Throughout their career, John has achieved significant milestones, including restructuring professional services and onboarding offerings, introducing data-driven customer success interventions, and developing churn and contraction pattern analytics.

John Hilderbrands completed their A Levels in Physics, Drama, and IT at Charles Darwin 6th Form College from 2002 to 2004. John then pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science at De Montfort University, from 2005 to 2009.
