Ryan Koch is an experienced professional in customer success and sales with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success EMEA at Eptura since May 2022, Ryan oversees a team of four customer success managers and manages a direct book of business worth over 3 million ARR. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Proxyclick, where Ryan led enterprise implementation projects for global clients, and various positions at Zendesk, achieving significant sales milestones. Ryan began a career in sales with roles in companies such as Shoutlet and Russell Stover Candies, showcasing a consistent ability to drive growth and develop customer relationships.
