Spencer Stieff

Spencer Stieff is a co-founder and COO of Epum, where the focus is on empowering commercial real estate developers through geospatial AI with the "SponsorAtlas" web app, set to launch its private beta in January 2024. Additionally, Spencer serves as co-founder and co-CEO of The Blue Eden Foundation, which supports blue carbon initiatives and waterway cleanup while fostering green job creation. Spencer is also a co-founder and partner at Epum Holdings, involved in developing and investing in commercial real estate products, and co-founder and COO of Epum Marina Partners, specializing in acquiring marinas across North America. Previous experience includes roles at Scoco Investments as an associate and at Jefferies as a healthcare investment banking analyst. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on finance and management from the University of Virginia.
