Barry Jehu

Barry Jehu has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Barry is currently working as the Business Improvement Director at Epwin Group Plc since September 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Continuous Improvement at Polypipe from January 2020 to September 2023. From 2019 to 2019, they worked at Epwin Group Plc as the Head of Business Improvement. Prior to that, they held various roles at Epwin Group Plc, including Divisional Planning Manager, Divisional Lean Manufacturing Manager, and Planning Manager, spanning from 2001 to 2019. Before joining Epwin Group Plc, they worked at Viyella and Dewhirst as the Industrial Engineering Manager from 1999 to 2001 and 1990 to 1999, respectively. Barry started their career as a Production Engineer at Laura Ashley in 1987. Barry Jehu obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Claudius Consulting Ltd in January 2009. Prior to that, they attended Shrewsbury College from 1988 to 1990 and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business & Finance. Barry'ssecondary education took place at Llanidloes High School from 1982 to 1987, where they completed their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).
