Kayla Boss, LMSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in social work and therapy. Currently serving as a Residential Therapist at Epworth Children & Family Services since November 2022, Kayla provides individual trauma therapy and participates in family support team meetings. In addition, Kayla works as a Mental Health Clinician at Equal Shares Parenting, LLC, and as a Yoga Teacher at Carondelet Yoga Center, both since June and August 2022, respectively. Previous roles include School Social Worker at KIPP St. Louis, College Success & Career Advisor at KIPP Colorado Schools, Lead Graduate Support Advisor at De La Salle, Inc., and Special Project Manager at Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House, where Kayla managed programs, facilitated grant proposals, and engaged community resources. Kayla's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College.
