Andy Marquart

Andy Marquart has extensive experience in the field of social services, primarily working for Epworth Village, Inc. Andy began their career at Epworth Village in 2007 as an Inpatient Psychotherapist, where they facilitated therapy sessions and created treatment plans for clients. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Director/Supervisor of In-Home and Safety Services, overseeing program operations and compliance. In 2013, they became the Director of Youth and Family Services, expanding their responsibilities to include program development and budget management. Finally, in 2014, Andy was promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer, where they had overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of various programs within Youth and Family Services, ensuring compliance, training staff, and managing budgets.

Andy Marquart has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Doane University. Andy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce, General from the same university.
