Roy Paras

Roy Paras is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in the health and wellness industry. As Co-Founder of The DSTRKT since December 2020, Roy has contributed to the development of a sports complex aimed at health promotion for individuals of all ages and experience levels. Additionally, as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education and Co-Founder of EPX Elite Performance, Roy has been instrumental in creating specialized fitness programs that foster the mind-body connection to enhance overall health and performance. Roy also serves as President of Paras Fitness LLC, further demonstrating a commitment to individualized fitness solutions. Educationally, Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, and previously attended College of the Canyons.
