Ifte Khairul Alam is an HR and Compliance professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently working at Epyllion Group since 2021. Prior roles include HR and Compliance Professional at Urmi Group from August 2015 to 2021, Senior Executive in HRD at Faiyaz Group from March 2012 to July 2015, and Executive in HRD at DIRD Group from July 2011 to February 2012. Educational qualifications encompass a Professional Degree in HRMC from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, a Professional Degree in Workplace Well-being Management from UCEP Bangladesh and SNV Netherlands, a Professional Diploma in Social Compliance from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Daffodil International University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
