Experience also includes roles as a Credit Analyst at airtel, overseeing credit recovery systems, and as a Customer Service Executive at Warid Telecom, managing customer queries and staff supervision. Md. Adil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Dhaka and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from International Islamic University Chittagong.
