Jana Sivam is an experienced professional in the hospitality and sales sector, currently serving as the Acting Director of Sales at EQ Kuala Lumpur since March 2019, where previous roles included Senior Sales Manager for both Corporate and Catering & Conference Services. With a robust background in event sales management at The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, Jana handled key accounts for prestigious industries including banking and luxury retail. Beginning a career in event coordination and sales at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, along with earlier experiences as a Management Trainee and Sales & Marketing Trainee, Jana has developed a comprehensive skill set in planning and executing a variety of events. Jana holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management Honours and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Berjaya University College of Hospitality.

EQ is the latest milestone in the saga of one of Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic hospitality names.
