Alex Vouvalides

Alex Vouvalides currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EQ Office and ShopCore, a position held since June 2022. In addition to this role, Alex has been the Chief Executive Officer of ShopCore Properties since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Founding Partner at Eagle Point Capital Partners from May 2021 to May 2022 and holding the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties from 2009 to 2021. Alex Vouvalides earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University between 1996 and 2000.
