Ayrika Ng

Ayrika Ng is currently the Director - Investments at EQ Office since July 2022. Prior to that, Ng worked as the Vice President I Investments Group at Shorenstein Realty Services from April 2013 to July 2022. Ng also has experience in Real Estate Asset Management at Morgan Stanley from November 2012 to April 2013. Additionally, Ng worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Shamrock Real Estate Company. Ng's analytical skills include cash flow analysis, lease reviews, market analysis, and creating proformas. Ng holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
