Gary Michon

Gary Michon has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Willis Tower Operations Management at EQ Office since July 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing building operations and personnel for the iconic 110-story structure. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of VP, Regional Director of Operations at Grubb and Ellis from January 2001 to June 2009, where responsibilities included business development initiatives across the North Central Region and expanded regional and staff oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as VP, Chicago Director of Management Services at Grubb and Ellis, managing operations for over 10 million square feet of commercial space and supervising a team of over 110 personnel. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
