Mark Metzger

Mark Metzger is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. As a Senior Construction Manager at EQ Office since February 2013, Mark has overseen a portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet of Class A properties in Southern California, working closely with various architectural, engineering, and general contracting firms to execute quality renovations. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Project Superintendent at Clune Construction Company from December 2005 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing project schedules, overseeing subcontractors, conducting safety meetings, and implementing value engineering strategies for cost savings. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
