Matthew Nelson is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction project oversight. Currently serving as the Construction Manager at Hill International, Inc. since November 2020, Matthew oversees the GIR Section of the Highway I-95 widening and reconstruction project in Philadelphia, valued over $900 million. Prior roles include serving as Civil Engineer/Resident Engineer for the City of Philadelphia, managing federally funded PennDOT projects, and holding multiple positions at Jacobs, where responsibilities encompassed construction management and design engineering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
