Nick Fischer is currently working at EQ Office as an Analyst in both Investments and Asset Management. Prior to this, Nick was involved in several roles related to real estate at Indiana University and various companies such as RiskAPP and Synergy Real Estate. Nick has a background in finance from Indiana University and experience in property management, investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research. With a focus on commercial real estate and a history of successful club leadership, Nick has a proven track record of analytical skills and industry knowledge.
