Michał Lach has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michał started their career as a Business Consultant at Simple Sp. z o.o. in November 2010 and worked there until June 2011. In July 2011, they joined EQ System as a Product & Partnership Manager and held this position until May 2017. From August 2017 to May 2018, they served as the Vice President at EQ System. During this time, they also became the Chief Executive Officer of Simple Sp. z o.o. in September 2015, holding the position until May 2018. In August 2014, Michał Lach became the owner of a self-named company.

Michał Lach completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and Econometrics at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University in 2010. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, which they completed in 2014. From 2008 to 2011, they also studied Economics at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. In 2006 and 2007, Michał briefly studied Medicine at Jagiellonian University. In 2017 and 2018, they enrolled in the Polsko–Amerykańska Szkoła Biznesu, completing the Program Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA).
