Caleb Gorden

Caleb Gorden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales within the solar and pest control industries. Currently serving as COO at Eqho.ai since July 2025, Caleb previously co-founded Shine Solar and contributed as President from February 2016 to June 2025. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Elevation Solar, National Account Manager at Bear River International, and Senior Analyst/Replenishment Manager at Bear River Intl. Additionally, Caleb held positions as Area Sales Manager at BioGuard Pest Control and DishOne Satellite, as well as a Door to Door Sales Representative at Preventive Pest Control. Caleb holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
