Ralph van Etten EMITA has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Ralph worked as a Finance Manager a.i. at EQIN EU, Van Rees Group, and Visser & Smit Hanab from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as CFO a.i. at LIQAL from 2017 to 2019. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Manager Accounting & Reporting at Anthony Veder Rederijzaken BV. Before that, they worked at Ballast Nedam as both a Manager Finance & Control and Project Controller from 2008 to 2014. Ralph also worked as an Account Manager at QExpertise from 2007 to 2008 and as a Financieel Consulent at Gemeente Westvoorne from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they held Account Manager and Customer Support Professional roles at Exact Software from 2004 to 2006, and they completed an internship on AO/IC (Administratieve Organisatie en Interne Controle) at Helvoet in 2004.

Ralph van Etten EMITA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Managerial Economics at Hogeschool INHOLLAND from 2000 to 2004. Ralph then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they also attended the Graduate School of Business University of Cape Town for a short-term program focused on Entrepreneurial development in emerging business. Ralph further enhanced their education by studying IT-Auditing & Advisory at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2017 to 2019.
