Tobias Schmidt has extensive experience in business development, workforce management, and consulting within the HR-tech and staffing industries. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Team Leader Contracts & Consulting at Experis Switzerland, acquiring new clients and providing services in the financial sector. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Managing Director of Alpina HR-Services AG, where they successfully established and grew the company's Contract and Permanent Staffing Business in Switzerland and Germany. Following a paternity leave in 2016, Tobias joined Agile-1 as the Director of Business Development at ACT1 Group - Agile1 Switzerland GmbH, where they focused on expanding the company's workforce and procurement solutions in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria until January 2019. In 2019, Tobias started working independently, offering mentoring, consulting, and start-up support for Workforce Management, HR-Tech, Staffing, and Blockchain. Tobias joined Eqip in March 2020 as the Director of Business Development, leading the development and sales of their enterprise talent-tech solutions for external and contingent workforce management.
Tobias Schmidt obtained their Master's degree (Diplom) in Media Science, Computer Science, and Economics from Paderborn University. Tobias attended the university from 1997 to 2005.
