Patrycja Banaszczyk

Patrycja Banaszczyk began their work experience as an Administration Apprentice at the Water Sanitation and Food Health Administration Department in July 2010. Patrycja then worked as a Teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science Apprentice at Wielka Wies Middle School in Poland from September 2011 to October 2011. In February 2012, they became a Teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science Apprentice at Gymnasjum 12 High School, also in Poland.

Patrycja then transitioned to the corporate sector, starting as an Online Retail Administrator at Makro Abra Carpet Retailer in April 2012 and continuing until January 2013. Patrycja briefly worked as a Packer at Terinex Limited and Finlays Flower Traders in May-July 2013 before becoming a Warehouse Operative at Sainsbury's Warehouse from July 2013 to June 2014.

In 2016, Patrycja entered the field of web development, starting as a Junior Front End Developer at MyJobMatcher from July 2016 to September 2017. During this role, they worked on building React components, prioritizing and scoping feature requests, and ensuring extensive test coverage. Following that, they joined Job.com as a Front End Developer in September 2017. Their responsibilities included building responsive and mobile-friendly pages based on designs, creating new React components for the customer-facing web app, and writing clean and reusable code. Patrycja remained with Job.com until September 2021.

Currently, as of February 2022, Patrycja holds the position of Frontend Developer at EQL.

Patrycja Banaszczyk obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa, Poland, from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management at Technical University in Czestochowa, Poland, from 2008 to 2011. Their education journey began at II High School in Starachowice, Poland, where they earned a Matura (exam) in subjects such as polish, english, maths, and geography, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science from 2005 to 2008.
