Samantha Medcraft

Samantha Medcraft has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2013, they worked at Argent Rehabilitation as a Team Manager before being promoted to Department Manager in 2015. In these roles, Samantha oversaw teams and staff members, managed performance and recruitment, and handled SLA management. Samantha then joined Square Health in 2017 as an Operations Manager, where they managed a large team and suppliers, focused on increasing company efficiency through technology-driven innovation. In 2019, Samantha became the Head of Operations and Co-Founder at EQL.

Samantha Medcraft began their education in 2008 at Canterbury Christ Church University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Samantha completed their degree in 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, Samantha attended Premier International Training from 2011 to 2012. There, they obtained a Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation.
