Sampson also co-developed an 8-week C for Engineers lab curriculum for first year electrical- and mechanical-engineering students, a brand-new Big Data and Cloud course for third- and fourth-year students, and an 8-week C++ for Games Programming course for second year students. From 2012 to 2010, they were a Freelance Software Engineer and worked on Misc Projects.

Sampson Oliver attended La Trobe University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Computer Science. In 2012, they obtained a Working with Children Check. In June 2019, they obtained an AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
