Tahir Karim

Tahir Karim has a rich work experience spanning over two decades. Tahir currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at EQS Group, which they assumed in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Product Development from June 2018 to March 2022 and as Head of Systems and Development from January 2006 to June 2018 at the same company. Tahir also worked as a Software Developer at EQS Group from December 2000 to December 2005. Before joining EQS Group, they were a Programmer at Foco Media GmbH & Cie from June 2000 to November 2000. Tahir began their career as a Software Engineer at STREAMING NETWORKS INC. from February 1997 to June 2000. Their earliest role was as a Research Assistant at the National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) from October 1995 to February 1997.

Tahir Karim completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Software Techniques for Image Processing from De Montfort University in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore between 1992 and 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Tahir Karim acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
