Vinod Anand

Vinod Anand has extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Vinod began their career as a Software Engineer at SQL Star International and then worked as a Software Consultant at Transworld InfoTech Ltd. Vinod later joined Zensar Technologies as a Software Engineer before joining Patni Computer Systems Ltd. At Patni, they held various positions including Senior Software Engineer, Software Specialist (Test Manager), and Senior Software Specialist (Onsite Coordinator/Program Manager).

In 2010, Vinod joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Project Manager, where they managed a high visibility and challenging program in the individual insurance market. After their tenure at Infosys, they worked at a startup as Director of Services and Delivery, where they successfully built and led a delivery organization.

Currently, Vinod is associated with EQS Group, where they have held roles such as Director Operations, Executive Director, and now serves as the Managing Director. In their current role, they work closely with the headquarters to develop and execute the company's strategic growth plan, oversees daily operations, and leads a diverse team of professionals.

Throughout their career, Vinod has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and technical skills, successfully delivering projects, managing teams, and achieving business objectives.

Vinod Anand completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in e-Commerce from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Vinod has obtained various certifications. Vinod earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2018. In December 2017, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Vinod also holds certifications in IBM e-Commerce and LOMA FLMI Level 1 from IBM and LOMA respectively, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
