Amy Gavelek Appicelli

Amy Gavelek Appicelli is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the asset management industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Marketing for the Americas at EQT Group since April 2025, Amy previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of U.S. Wealth Client Marketing at Nuveen from August 2023 to May 2025. Prior to that role, Amy was Vice President of Marketing at ProShares, where leadership encompassed marketing efforts for leveraged, inverse, volatility, and cryptocurrency product lines. Additional experience includes senior roles at Lazard Asset Management and PIMCO, where responsibilities ranged from growth and digital marketing to channel marketing management. Early career roles at Legg Mason and Billboard established a strong foundation in retail channel marketing and brand management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Spanish from Hofstra University.
