Dianne Kim

Dianne Kim currently serves as the Regulatory Compliance Vice President at EQT Group, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dianne was the Vice President of ESG Compliance at KKR & Co. Inc. from April 2021 to November 2023. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Compliance Associate and Compliance Associate at CVC Credit Partners from June 2018 to March 2021, as well as in compliance roles at Harvard Management Company from May 2016 to May 2018 and Summit Partners from October 2014 to April 2016. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
