Gordon Shaw

Gordon Shaw is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as a Partner at EQT Group since October 2022, following the merger with BPEA, where Gordon was a Managing Director and co-founder from January 1999 to October 2022. In addition to the role at EQT, Gordon has been the Director at TradeBeyond since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Country Head for AIG Investment Corp (Asia) from September 1993 to December 1998 and starting as a Management Associate at Citibank, N.A. from June 1991 to August 1993. Gordon began a professional career as a Senior Design Engineer at Schlumberger Technologies from September 1986 to December 1990, contributing to the development of an integrated e-beam prober. Gordon holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
