Jen Braswell

Jen Braswell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact investing, strategy development, and international development. Currently serving as the Head of Impact for Private Capital at EQT Group since September 2022, Jen has been a Founding Director and Non-Executive Director at 2X Global since June 2018. In addition, participation on the Board of Advisors for TheBoardroom Africa demonstrates a commitment to promoting gender equity in private equity. Prior roles include Director of Value Creation in the Impact Group and Strategy Director at CDC Group plc, as well as leadership positions at Kiron Global Strategies and Booz Allen Hamilton where Jen managed significant development projects across multiple regions.
