Laura Cawley

Laura Cawley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Private Equity Capital Markets at EQT Group since October 2025, Laura previously held the role of Managing Director at BC Partners from June 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included various leadership positions such as Director and Principal. Prior to that, Laura worked at J.P. Morgan from June 2015 to June 2021, progressing from Investment Banking Analyst to Investment Banking Vice President in Leveraged Finance. Laura's career began as a Senior Analyst at Orange Value Fund from May 2010 to May 2012, complemented by an internship as a Financial Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Professional Accounting, and Economics from Syracuse University, graduating in 2012 after completing studies at Bridgewater Raritan High School from 2004 to 2008.
