Paola Maleh

Paola Maleh is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in client relations and capital raising. Currently, Paola serves as Partner and Head of EMEA Client Relations and Capital Raising at EQT Group, a position held since March 2015, following a role as Managing Director at the same firm. Prior to EQT Group, Paola was the Head of EMEA Marketing and Investor Relations at Silver Lake Partners from July 2011 to February 2015. Paola also worked at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as an Investment Manager in the Private Equity department from 2008 to 2011. Earlier experience includes an Engagement Manager role at McKinsey & Company and a summer Associate position at Goldman Sachs in 2004. Paola began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at EMC from 2000 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from McGill University.
