Simon Tillmo

Simon Tillmo is a Managing Director at EQT Group, specializing in the Private Equity Investment Team since November 2015. Tillmo has served as a board member for Bluestep Bank (2020-2023) and Envirotainer (2022-present), as well as a board observer for Schülke & Mayr (2020-2023) and OEM International, where Tillmo is also the Chair of the Nomination Committee starting in 2025. Prior to joining EQT Group, Tillmo was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley from January 2014 to November 2015, working in the Financial Institutions Group and covering Scandinavia. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and additional studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
