Sophie Walker

Sophie Walker currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Sustainability & Responsible AI at EQT Group, where the role emphasizes value creation within the portfolio and strategic fundraising, drawing on nearly 20 years of expertise in sustainable business. Previously, as Head of Sustainability for Private Capital at EQT, Sophie established and led sustainability strategies for a key business segment with €113bn AUM. Sophie's extensive experience includes significant roles at JLL, where responsibilities ranged from UK Board member and Head of Sustainability to leading EMEA sustainability services, driving integration of sustainability across operations. Additional advisory roles include positions at 3Shape and VentureESG, as well as contributions to the Circular Economy Taskforce with Business in the Community. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management for Business from Cranfield University and a BA from the University of Oxford.
