David Reiss

David Reiss has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career at UPS in 1991, where they worked in Billing Services. During their time at UPS, they were responsible for maintaining and updating the online billing system, resolving billing disputes, and assisting in training new employees or contractors.

In 1996, David joined Equitable Gas as a Customer Service Representative. David processed phone and written inquiries regarding operations, billing, emergencies, credit, and collections. David was also a part of the PA PUC dispute team and later promoted to the Customer Choice Program team, where they implemented and maintained residential supply choice.

In 1999, David took on the role of Sales & Service Coordinator / Sales at Equitable Energy. David developed new business and revenue through negotiated commodity sales with multiple local distribution companies. David also managed new drop/add processes for transportation pools and achieved success in re-establishing customer relationships.

In 2002, David became the Senior Accounts Manager at Equitable Gas. David played a key role in developing new business and revenue by negotiating contracts with existing and new construction projects. David also managed and maintained account relationships with various types of accounts, including Competitive Account Take-overs (CATs), large commercial and industrial accounts, and conversion accounts.

In 2010, David transitioned to EQT Corporation as a Sr. Commercial Account Analyst. In this role, they leveraged their expertise to support commercial account management and analysis. David was responsible for managing and maintaining producer relationships, responding to inquiries, and communicating critical system maintenance projects.

Throughout their career, David Reiss has demonstrated a strong track record of developing new business, managing accounts, and supporting customer service activities.

David Reiss attended Plum High School from 1984 to 1986. After completing high school, they enrolled at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1986 to 1991.
