Erik Fargo

Erik Fargo has held various legal roles throughout their career. Erik started at Rice Energy in 2012 as an Intern in the Title Department. Erik then continued at Rice Energy, transitioning into different legal positions such as Land Agent, Land Counsel, Senior Counsel - Land, and Senior Counsel - Operations. In 2018, they joined Alpha Capital Partners LLC as General Counsel and later took on the additional role of Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined EQT Corporation as Assistant General Counsel.

Erik Fargo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Washington & Jefferson College in the years 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University from 2010 to 2013, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study there.
