Jay Alter

Jay Alter has a diverse range of work experience. Jay worked at EQT Corporation from 2014 to the present, starting as a Senior Staff Attorney and later transitioning to the roles of Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at McGuireWoods from 2009 to 2014. Jay also had a summer internship as a Summer Associate at McGuireWoods in 2008. Jay worked as an Associate at Schneider Downs from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Jay served as a Judicial Intern for Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2007. Jay began their career as an Audit Division Intern at KPMG in 2005.

Jay Alter attended the University of Notre Dame from 2002 to 2006, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. From 2006 to 2009, they attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
