Marcha V. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marcha started their career at Eskom in 1991 as a Project Manager and stayed there until 1997. Following that, they joined Eaton Cutler Hammer as a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems from 1997 to 2003.

Marcha then moved to GSK and took on the role of a Technical Team Lead for Central Business Intelligence from 2003 to 2007, and then transitioned to the position of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Warehousing Expert until 2016.

In 2017, Marcha joined IQbusiness South Africa as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Warehousing Expert before moving to EQT Corporation as a Senior Technical Data Analyst, where they currently work. The exact dates for their roles at EQT Corporation are not provided.
