Nick Galizia

Nick Galizia has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Nick started their career in 1994 at Alcoa, where they held various roles including Production Manager, Process Engineer, and Environmental Engineer. In 2004, they joined Almatis as an Operations Manager. Nick then moved to EQT Corporation in 2008, starting as a Director of Planning and subsequently holding positions such as VP of Planning and Process Improvement, Director of Process Improvement, and Director of Operational Analytics. In 2018, they joined Equitrans Midstream Corporation as a Senior Engineer, where they currently work.

Nick Galizia has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Penn State University from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to diversity, inclusion, and interpersonal skills from LinkedIn, including "Becoming an Ally to All," "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion," "Develop Interpersonal Skills for Inclusive Workplaces," "Inclusive Mindset," "Supporting Workers with Disabilities," and "Using Gender Inclusive Language." Nick obtained these certifications in June 2023, except for "Recognizing Ageism to Be More Inclusive," which they obtained in May 2023.
