Patrick O'Malley

Patrick O'Malley has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily in corporate and securities law. Patrick started their career as a Legal Intern at UVIMCO, where they provided compliance and legal advice related to investment and securities laws. Patrick then worked as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP, focusing on middle-market M&A, private equity transactions, and fund formation. O'Malley later joined EQT Corporation as Senior Staff Attorney, where they oversaw legal aspects of capital markets transactions and securities filings. Patrick also served as Counsel, handling mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, and derivatives contracts negotiation. Currently, O'Malley holds the position of Senior Counsel at EQT Corporation, leading various ESG initiatives and overseeing the company's legal aspects. In addition, they have served as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University, where they shared their expertise in law.

Patrick O'Malley attended Duquesne University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. summa cum laude degree. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Patrick attended the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained a J.D. degree.
