Deputy General Counsel, Corporate And Securities at EQT Corporation

Timothy Lulich has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and securities law. Timothy is currently working at EQT Corporation, where they hold the position of Deputy General Counsel. In this role, they are responsible for corporate and securities matters, as well as governance and enterprise risk. Prior to joining EQT Corporation, Timothy worked at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. as a Senior Counsel, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Timothy also gained valuable experience at Reed Smith LLP, where they served as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities department. At Reed Smith LLP, Timothy represented both public and private companies in various corporate transactions and provided assistance with SEC filings.

Timothy Lulich completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. Timothy attended this school from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, Timothy Lulich earned their B.B.A. degree, also magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Timothy studied finance and business economics during their time at the University of Notre Dame from 1999 to 2001.
