Liam Rahman

CEO at Equal Education Partners

Liam oversees Equal Education Partners’ teams working across Recruitment, Tutoring, HE & STEM Partnerships, Digital Solutions and eLearning.

Liam works closely with institutions including the Welsh Government, the Education Workforce Council (EWC) and the Department for Education (DfE) to address challenges facing the education sector – bolstering talent attraction & retention, tackling educational disparities, widening higher education access, and improving STEM education.

Liam has also worked in Investment Management at BW Group and Goldman Sachs, in Singapore & Norway. Liam is an Executive Committee member for the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), a member of Yale’s Alumni Schools Committee (ASC) and an external reader for the US-UK Fulbright Commission. In 2019, Liam was awarded a St Davids Award for expanding access to world class education.

As an undergrad, Liam studied Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) at Yale-NUS College and Yale University, graduating with a distinction. From September 2022, Liam will be pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and an MA in Education at Stanford University.

Liam is an avid tennis fan and a father to Telyn Aur.
