Andy Lahan

Andy Lahan has extensive work experience in the field of software development and technical leadership. Andy is currently working as a Director at River Dean Consulting Limited and as a Software Developer at Equal Experts. Prior to these roles, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Deliveroo.

Before that, Andy worked at THG where they held various positions including Technical Lead, Software Engineering Manager, and Technical Lead. During their time at THG, they worked on major projects within Logistics, using technologies such as Java 11, Spring, Spring Boot, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, and SQL Server.

Before joining THG, Andy worked at Nomura as a Tech Lead and Project Manager/Tech Lead. Andy also gained experience at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Developer - Equity Risk and during their industrial placement.
