Brian Garrett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles. Brian began their career as a Processing Clerk at HSBC, where they processed applications and resolved customer issues. Brian then progressed to become a Customer Service Officer, leading a team and managing workload distribution. Brian later transitioned to the role of Migration Officer, facilitating the migration of processes to global service centers.
