Dani Hughson

Dani Hughson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dani currently works as an Engagement Support Coordinator at Equal Experts starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Boohoo Group PLC, including People Relations Manager from September 2022 to April 2023, People Services Manager from December 2021 to September 2022, and Human Resources Assistant from November 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at The Hut Group from December 2018 to November 2020. Dani also gained experience as a Pension Administrator at JLT Group from May 2016 to December 2018 and as a Customer Service Representative at National Counties Building Society from January 2016 to May 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Administrator at JLT Group from August 2014 to December 2015.

Dani Hughson completed a Foundation degree in Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice at AVADO from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Guilford College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. For their secondary education, Dani attended Rosebery School from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they earned GCSEs in various subjects including Business Studies, English Language and Literature, Science, Mathematics, Food Technology, and Information Technology.
